What's in the Mix:
Our Bean Mix is a carefully selected blend of five organic sprouting varieties:
- Peas — sweet and crunchy with a satisfying fresh flavor
- Green Lentils — mild and earthy, quick to sprout
- Red Lentils — tender and slightly sweet
- Adzuki Beans — nutty and subtly sweet, a Japanese classic
- Mung Beans — the beloved classic of Asian cuisine, crisp and mild
Together they produce a beautiful variety of textures and flavors that are perfect for stir-fries, salads, soups, grain bowls, and more.
How to Sprout:
- Rinse seeds and soak 8–12 hours before sprouting
- Drain and rinse twice daily in a jar or sprouting tray
- Keep at room temperature out of direct sunlight
- Ready to harvest in 4–6 days depending on variety
- Rinse well before enjoying
