Onion sprouts are a unique and rewarding variety that delivers all the flavor benefits of onions in a delicate, tender sprout. With a mild, pleasant onion taste that's far less pungent than a mature onion, they add wonderful depth to salads, sandwiches, omelets, and savory dishes — no tears required.
- Rinse seeds and soak 6–8 hours before sprouting
